Do You Deliver?

Absolutely! We deliver locally and abroad.

How Far Away Do You Deliver?

We tend to stay within a three hour driving distance of our warehouse since we are a smaller operation. However, for large orders we are happy to negotiate a charge for longer distance deliveries. We have delivered as far away as Chicago, Illinois and Palm Beach, Florida!

What Do You Charge for Delivery?

Typically we only charge to compensate for the fuel required to reach your location and the time required of our delivery crew – we have no arbitrary fees for delivering a certain number of pieces or X-number of rooms of furniture. However, if you’re within Kershaw County and have made a purchase of $499.00 or more then your delivery will be 100% free. Consider it a “thank you" for keeping your business local and keeping us in business for 70 years.

What Does Your Delivery Entail?

Our delivery services entail a pre-delivery inspection of your merchandise, transport of the goods from our location to yours, any required set-up of the merchandise, and removal of the furniture that has been replaced (if there is any). The only time you will be charged extra for a delivery will be for overly technical or time-consuming installations, such as for refrigerators, washers, and dryers.

Do You Guarantee Delivery Times?

Our deliveries are always scheduled within an hour to hour-and- a-half window. Whether this is explicitly stated or not it is assumed. Part of the day-to- day challenges of operating a small furniture and appliance store is managing a large number of deliveries, repairs, and consultations – all of which can take a very different amount of time than was originally intended. If you’re running on an incredibly tight schedule and need your delivery at an exact time then we would be happy to offer an On-Time Delivery Service for a $99.00 charge. Otherwise, we humbly thank you for your understanding while we continue to offer you great service at great prices.

How Do You Handle Warranty Claims?

Newman Furniture Company sells a vast array of products and brands, all of which have different warranties. If you ever want to know about the warranty of a product we would be more than happy to help, whether it be looking it up, explaining it to you, or printing off a copy for your records. And if there is ever an issue where you may need to use one of your warranties, Newman’s will be right there to guide you through the process and advocate for you.

Do You Repair Furniture?

Newman’s is proud to service almost every single product we sell; and if we can’t, we will gladly get you into contact with those who do.

How Do You Handle Returns?

All customers at Newman’s have the option to return their merchandise to us within 30 days of their purchase date for a total refund or store credit. All returns processed are susceptible to a 20% restocking fee dependant on case-by-case circumstances and type of merchandise. Due to the nature of our business we cannot offer any returns on special or custom ordered products.
